Truckee Gold

Apologies readers, but not enough time again to write a proper post. Suffice it to say that the weekend in Truckee was memorable: soccer golf (my favorite and least favorite sports) at Old Greenwood, Sermon on the Mount (with a fabulous speech on proportionality and the toxicity of cancel culture from someone wise well beyond her years), the Rebel Rabbi (is that trademarked?), mid-June snow flurries (climate change is real), a frigid (but still fun) retro pool party with DJ Better Call Saul (or if you prefer Disco Stu), the best GF pizza pie in Truckee after 9:30pm (in all seriousness, it was really good), and high altitude coffee roasting (usually not a fan of dark roasts, but impossible to resist coffee called Bark at the Moon), sometimes at the end of a rainbow (or the Pacific Crest). Enjoy.
